Motorsport Network, LLC seeks a Sensor Actuator Assurance Engineer for onsite duties in Concord, NC. You will develop and maintain methods to verify sensors and actuators in Power Unit control systems, supporting lab and track operations to ensure performance and safety throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities include creating test methods, protecting devices, generating records and reports, collaborating with Data Analysis and PLM teams, and engaging suppliers on performance issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 3+ years of electronics experience in motorsport/high-performance environments.
• Experience managing and maintaining mission critical devices.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with MATLAB and statistical analysis tools.

Responsabilités

• Develop test methods and procedures to assess sensor and actuator accuracy and reliability.
• Design protective storage, handling, and installation procedures to preserve device integrity.
• Create non-destructive evaluation methods and maintain complete records.
• Collaborate with Data Analysis and PLM teams to relate usage to reliability and mileage limits.
• Support sensor/actuator selection for PU applications with Electronics Systems Engineering and PU Design.
• Execute assurance testing and produce statistical fleet reports.
• Engage suppliers on performance issues, fault resolution, and supply chain concerns as needed.
