The ideal candidate has 5–10 years of experience in electrical engineering for motorsports, strong CAN networking skills, and hands-on testing with lab equipment and data acquisition systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; 5–10 years relevant experience.
• Strong knowledge of internal combustion engine fundamentals and engine control systems.
• Experience with motorsport data logging systems and CAN bus integration.

Responsibilities

• Develop and validate electrical system architecture for engine development and race applications.
• Manage supplier relationships to ensure quality and technical compliance of electrical components.
• Oversee production processing of electrical components and lifecycle limits.
