Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 7 years of refinery operations experience with TAR/Outage coordination OR a Bachelor's in Engineering with 4 years of refinery experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft 365: Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Must wear PPE in refinery and be able to pass hair drug test and physical.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without visa sponsorship.
• Travel requirement 5% or less.
• Onsite work schedule Mon-Thu 10 hours days with after-hours calls.

Responsibilities

• Ensure site compliance with the operations turnaround planning process across all area teams.
• Coordinate planning and execution between Operations, Maintenance, Products Control, Technical Service and TAR groups.
• Represent site on the Operations TAR Planning Network and share best practices.
• Train and mentor planners throughout the planning and execution process.
• Develop and update the site POP.
• Coordinate and lead Critical Path Value Optimization training for Critical Path units.
• Lead development of refinery sequence plan with Operations and Products Control.
• Set contractor requirements for turnaround shutdowns and startups and review scopes with contractors.
