Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED as a minimum requirement.
• 7+ years coordinating/planning in maintenance, projects, or construction in refinery or heavy industry.
• Proficient with Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, Outlook; strong written and verbal communication.
• Be able to wear PPE and pass drug test; valid driver's license; US work authorization.
• Travel up to 5%.

Responsibilities

• Lead the overall scope development of Turnaround events with all departments.
• Own work scope development ensuring quality and stakeholder alignment.
• Demonstrate safety and environmental stewardship during planning and execution.
• Facilitate planning deliverables across support organizations.
• Support 10-year budget development for turnaround events.
• Review schedules, WSAs, RFIs, and BOMs for adherence.
• Allocate planning tasks among planners and supervise safe, quality work.
• Develop manpower loading aligned with startup/shutdown plans.
• Lead turnaround meetings and document action items and risks.
• Compile data for close-out and performance summaries.
