Job summary

XNRGY Climate Systems, Inc. in Mesa, AZ is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal.

You will partner with leadership to build talent pipelines, design assessment frameworks, and ensure hires meet technical standards and culture. The role is on-site in Mesa with a 4+ day per week requirement and demands a bachelor’s degree plus 5+ years of corporate recruiting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 5 years of corporate recruiting in fast-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT and legal.
• Proven multi-channel sourcing, Boolean search and passive candidate development.
• Strong track record closing difficult technical positions.
• Experience with ATS and recruitment tech platforms.
• Ability to work onsite in Mesa, AZ at least 4 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies aligned with business priorities.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT and legal.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop target profiles and role specs.
• Design customized assessment frameworks and interview processes.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Deliver excellent candidate experiences and maintain relationships for future opportunities.
• Maintain meticulous records in ATS and track recruiting metrics.
• Generate regular reports on pipeline health and hiring progress.
