Job summary

XNRGY Climate Solutions is seeking a Sr. Technical Recruiter to build and scale our North American team from our Mesa, Arizona headquarters.

You will drive full-cycle recruitment across engineering, finance, IT, and operations while shaping our talent strategy to meet aggressive hypergrowth goals. Collaborate with leadership to define candidate profiles, design interview processes, and benchmark compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Minimum 5 years corporate recruiting in high-paced environments.
• Experience recruiting across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal.
• Proven multi-channel sourcing including Boolean search and social recruiting.
• Strong track record closing difficult technical positions.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Develop sourcing strategies aligned with objectives and business priorities.
• Build robust candidate pipelines across engineering, finance, supply chain, IT, and legal.
• Proactively identify passive candidates via social media and networks.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to develop target profiles and role specs.
• Design customized assessment frameworks and interview processes for each role.
• Provide market intelligence and compensation benchmarking.
• Influence hiring decisions with insights and evaluation expertise.
• Maintain ATS records and analyze recruitment metrics.
• Generate regular reports on pipeline health and market trends.
