Collins Aerospace, an RTX company, is seeking a Systems Engineer II to join the Air Traffic Solutions (ATS) team in Marlborough, MA. You will contribute to modernizing Air Traffic Control RADAR systems, crafting requirements, and verifying performance and safety across NAS and international programs.

You will work with MATLAB, Linux, and MBSE tools to design, integrate, and test complex systems, traveling up to 50% as needed. This role demands U.S.

Formación

• Typically requires a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.
• U.S. citizenship is required - Only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under these programs/contracts.
• Must be able to obtain FAA and/or DoD clearance: FAA clearance and/ or DoD Secret clearance.
• Experience with design, integration and test of complex systems.
• Experience generating technical documentation and facilitating briefings with stakeholders.
• Experience planning, developing and executing system and/or subsystem level integration and test.
• Experience using MATLAB or alternative tools to perform data analysis.
• Experience with Linux or Unix operating systems.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 25-50%.

• Verify requirements by developing sell-off criteria ensuring high performance and safety.

• Develop solutions to modernize and integrate multiplatform air traffic systems for future demands.
