The role requires 10+ years in software development and 5+ years leading agile teams, with strong expertise in Git, CI/CD, Docker, Python, TypeScript/React, C/C++, MQTT, and AWS IoT Core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer/Software Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years in software development and 5+ years leading agile teams.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient with Git, GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, Python, TS/React, C/C++.

Responsibilities

• Lead the software development team day-to-day, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
• Translate business and product needs into technical requirements and sprint deliverables.
• Mentor engineers, conduct code reviews, and ensure CI/CD and test best practices.
• Collaborate with Director, stakeholders, Product Management, and R&D for quality solutions.
