Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs.
• Strong background in regulated industries such as banking, financial services, or healthcare.
• Demonstrated governance, risk management, dependency management and change control.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain program governance and executive reporting cadences.
• Lead steering committees and executive forums.
• Manage RAID logs and drive timely escalations.
• Ensure governance supports decision-making beyond status reporting.
• Accountability for program health, scope, budget, and timelines.
• Oversee infrastructure, security, engineering, and operations integration.
• Coordinate migrations and complex multi-workstream delivery.
• Prepare executive communications for CIOs and senior leaders.
