Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive technical experience and demonstrated competence.
• Knowledge of regulations and standards affecting Medical Devices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and test a wide variety of packaging components for protection, display, and handling of products.
• Lead and coordinate supplier relationships to provide packaging components to TPMs.
• Manage change requests, document control, and CAPA/SCAR activities across projects.
• Provide technical leadership, project management, and mentoring to engineers and cross-functional teams.
• Support packaging equipment validation and install at TPM sites.
• Ensure packaging components meet specifications for new product introductions and increased volumes.
