Job summary

The Boeing Company in Seattle, WA is seeking a Human Resources Talent Development Senior Manager to lead corporate function initiatives across talent management, learning, and employee experience. You will partner with CHRO and leaders to translate business priorities into integrated talent strategies that drive performance and build capability for the future.

You will oversee a team of talent development partners, coordinate across HR disciplines, and influence program design and governance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading teams in a formal and/or informal role.
• 5+ years of experience in strategy and/or project management.
• 3+ years of experience in Human Resources.
• 3+ years of Change Management experience.
• 3+ years of experience interfacing with and presenting to senior and/or executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with CHRO / HR leadership and functional leaders as a strategic partner focused on talent and learning.
• Develop and help execute integrated talent and learning plans aligned to priorities and enterprise GTD&EE strategy.
• Lead a team of talent development partners implementing COE programs with HR partners.
• Coordinate across HR to deliver integrated talent and employee experience solutions.
• Advise on talent management, succession planning, leadership development, engagement, and analytics.
• Support adaptation and execution of HR policies, programs, and standards.
• Monitor progress, measure adoption, and address gaps with leaders.
• Prioritize HR solutions based on strategic impact, risks, and operational considerations.
• Provide input to GTD&EE strategy and program design for alignment with functional needs.
• Influence prioritization of talent initiatives based on workforce insights.
