Qualifications

• 2-4 years related Supply Chain (Freight Management) experience.
• Experience with Load Planning and dispatching a plus.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Willingness to travel, meet schedule, and pass background/drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Communicate performance standards that are specific and measurable; interview hourly associates and provide hire recommendations.
• Supervise logistics operations including customer service, freight handling, dispatch and documentation.
• Evaluate and implement changes to improve dispatch/warehouse productivity.
• Assist in new associate training and provide relief coverage during absences.
• Maintain site operating systems knowledge to ensure compliance and correct exceptions.
• Complete records and reports timely and accurately.
