Caterpillar Inc in Cary, NC seeks an IT executive to lead BCP technology strategy, global IT operations, and large-scale transformations. You will drive ERP (SAP) and CRM initiatives, oversee greenfield manufacturing IT, and partner with senior leaders to enable growth.

Role emphasizes cybersecurity, cross-functional leadership, and developing global teams in a fast-moving, matrixed environment. Onsite five days a week in Cary.

• Leadership of ERP (SAP) and CRM programs across global operations.
• Proven success delivering end-to-end IT workstreams for greenfield facilities.
