Job summary

The Judge Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Systems Administrator in Huntsville, AL.

This hands-on role focuses on design, deployment, and support of enterprise infrastructure, including virtualization, Windows Server, AD, and Microsoft 365 services, with ITAR compliance requirements. Responsibilities include managing Nutanix/VMware environments, implementing security controls, disaster recovery, patch management, and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in enterprise IT infrastructure or related role.
• Experience administering Nutanix and/or VMware virtualization platforms.
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online and Entra ID.
• Experience developing and maintaining PowerShell scripts for automation.
• Experience with backup/recovery, DR planning, and infrastructure resiliency.
• Experience in ITAR-regulated environments and export controls.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, administer, and maintain enterprise virtualization environments (Nutanix/VMware).
• Manage Windows Server infrastructure: Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, LDAP.
• Administer Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, Entra ID, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune).
• Manage identity and access solutions (MFA, SSO).
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and support production infrastructure.
• Lead vulnerability remediation, patching, DR planning, resiliency initiatives.
• Implement and maintain security controls; ensure ITAR compliance.
• Develop technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with teams on infra projects and upgrades.
