Ideal candidate has 5–10 years of mining experience and a Bachelor's in Mine Engineering, with Master’s preferred. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and proficiency with mining software suites.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of mining experience.
• Bachelor's in Mine Engineering is required.
• Master's in Mine Engineering is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and ensure compliance with MSHA safety guidelines.
• Supervise blasting design and controls.
• Develop drilling patterns and ensure fragmentation targets.
