Job summary

Holder Construction is looking for a Senior Engineer to join their Operations team in Franklin Furnance, OH. This full-time, in-person position involves managing trade activities and coordinating materials throughout the project lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in construction or engineering or equivalent experience. Responsibilities include cost control, interpreting construction documents, and mentoring junior associates. A competitive compensation and benefits package is offered.

Responsibilities

• Manage onsite trade activities and coordinate materials.
• Track and validate monthly payment applications for trade contractors.
• Manage cost control and issue resolution for projects.
• Read and interpret construction design documents.
