Job summary

Holder Construction is seeking a Project Engineer to join our Operations team on our project in Franklin Furnance, OH. This is a full-time, in-person position aimed at on-site trade coordination and overall project management involvement.

Ideal candidates will have a construction/engineering degree or 3+ years of equivalent experience, with strong communication and time management skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction/engineering related field OR 3+ years of equivalent work experience.
• Outstanding communication and time management skills, computer skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Initial responsibilities include on-site trade coordination and management, coordinating material design, fabrication, delivery and installation, and ongoing interaction with field supervision and cost/design issue management.
• Read and understand Construction Design Documents and Specifications.
• Perform construction cost estimates and quantity surveys for various scopes of work.
• Overall trade management and coordination with exposure to BIM.
