Job summary

Quadel Consulting Corporation is seeking a Manager of Compliance to lead compliance, quality control, and fraud prevention for HUD programs. You will oversee audits, investigations, staff training, and action plans to maintain program integrity and reduce risk.

The role requires extensive knowledge of HUD regulations, strong analytical and communication skills, and a track record of supervisory experience. This onsite position offers opportunities to improve processes and ensure high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience in affordable housing, housing authority operations, compliance, audits, investigations, or HUD-regulated programs.
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of HUD regulations including the HCV program.

Responsibilities

• Oversee compliance, quality control, and fraud prevention across assigned programs.
• Lead investigations involving fraud, waste, abuse, or noncompliance.
• Develop and implement compliance monitoring processes in line with HUD regulations and contractual obligations.
• Direct audits of participant files, eligibility determinations, and program documentation.
• Prepare audit reports and management summaries for executive level review.
