Job summary

Qlarant is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the Program Integrity division within enterprise contracts. You will oversee investigations, coordinate with government agencies, and implement controls to detect fraud and non-compliance across health care and human services programs.

The role requires a minimum bachelor's degree and preferably credentials such as CFE or AHFI, with excellent leadership, communication, and strategic oversight skills to drive compliant program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) or Accredited Healthcare Anti-fraud Investigator (AHFI) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the Program Integrity division within enterprise contracts.
• Lead investigations and targeted reviews; monitor performance metrics.
• liaise with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and external stakeholders.
• Develop and implement controls to detect and prevent fraud and non-compliance.
