Job summary

HTC Global Services is seeking a Senior Communications & Training Specialist to drive internal communications, newsletters, podcasts, and training content across teams. You will collaborate with subject matter experts to design engaging programs for a diverse audience and measure impact.

This onsite role in Michigan requires 3–5 years of experience, a bachelor’s degree, and strong communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint to develop and deliver impactful content

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a relevant field.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience with communication management and strategic planning, including newsletters and podcasts.
• Experience developing and executing training programs.
• Experience developing and managing training content.
• Strong communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
• Knowledge of AI and expert systems.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communication strategies and plans.
• Develop newsletters and podcasts.
• Lead and manage scripting and logistics for podcasts.
• Develop global end-user engagement strategies.
• Track communication and engagement metrics.
• Develop internal communications for Purchasing and cross-functional teams.
• Develop internal communications for leadership.
• Review and refine content developed by the team.
• Contribute to corporate engagement strategies.
• Contribute to external and public communication strategies.
• Support the development of impactful and engaging content using storytelling.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curriculum.
• Develop and manage training content.
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions and workshops for diverse audiences, both in person and virtually through Microsoft Teams.
• Support the execution of training programs.
