Job summary

System One is seeking a Senior Associate Scientist to support antibody discovery projects in Cambridge, MA. The role focuses on B cell-based workflows, rodent immunization, immune library generation, hybridoma screening, and flow cytometry within an onsite, 40-hour schedule.

You will contribute to therapeutic antibody campaigns, maintain laboratory readiness, document results, and share findings with project teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, immunology, molecular biology, biochemistry or related field with at least 2 years lab experience.
• Hands-on experience in antibody discovery workflows including flow cytometry, B cell methods, or hybridoma screening.
• Working knowledge of molecular biology techniques such as PCR and cloning.
• Experience with laboratory documentation, data organization, and communicating results to project teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide laboratory support for antibody discovery campaigns using flow cytometry and hybridoma-based methods.
• Execute workflows for rodent immunization studies, serum titer screening, and B cell sorting.
• Maintain reagent inventories and prepare materials for discovery activities.
• Document procedures, results, and observations in lab records and data systems.
• Summarize data and communicate progress and outcomes to project teams.
