Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Life Sciences or related field.
• 10+ years in life sciences industry.
• 5+ years in molecular diagnostic or clinical laboratory.
• 5+ years in next generation sequencing.
• Advanced proficiency with molecular biology techniques and Real-Time-PCR assays.
• Knowledge of CAP, CLIA, IVDR, and FDA regulations.
• Strong data analysis and statistical skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide outstanding technical support to Abbott's customers.
• Lead projects to enhance current products and processes.
• Collaborate with development, marketing, and technical services teams.
• Conduct bench-level experiments across product areas.
• Prepare technical reports and experiment protocols.

• Identify process gaps and implement changes.
• Draft customer communications and technical bulletins.
• Lead complex projects and contribute to team improvements.
• Summarize troubleshooting activities and technical summaries.
