Job summary

WGNSTAR, an ABM company, seeks a field service technician in Boise, Idaho. You will provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site coverage of state-of-the-art semiconductor equipment.

Responsibilities include diagnosing issues, following procedures, and working with customers to optimize equipment performance. Requires 1+ year experience and strong communication, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• 1+ year wet etch / wet bench semiconductor equipment.
• Strong customer focus and safety mindset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to read schematics/plumbing diagrams.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite support for installation, maintenance, and site support for semiconductor equipment.
• Evaluate and diagnose problems and make proper repairs.
• Follow and help develop detailed procedures.
• Troubleshoot and document findings.
• Work with customers and field support under time constraints.
• Power up new equipment and calibrate.
