Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a security environment with QA, QC, training, licensing and contract compliance.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Security industry, law enforcement or military background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for security and staff.
• Create and manage monthly/quarterly training calendars with leadership.
• Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized trainings to meet licensing/contract requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and staff performance; adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance data.
• Coach and evaluate field training officers.
