GardaWorld Security is seeking a Training Manager to lead the design and delivery of high-quality training programs for our security personnel and staff. You will shape a culture of excellence, compliance, and continuous improvement, ensuring teams are confident, capable, and prepared.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 3 years professional security experience with training/QA focus.
• Valid driver's license and insurability.
• Experience with licensing, credentials, contracts, or investigations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver training programs for security and staff.
• Create monthly/quarterly training calendars with leadership.
• Provide initial, refresher, and specialized training for licensing and contracts.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Maintain training records and assess field officers.
• Coach field training officers and support development.
• Deliver security awareness training during onboarding and ongoing sessions.
• Collaborate with HR and Compliance to align training with goals.
• Support recruiting as needed and stay current on policies.
