The Training Manager will collaborate with HR, Compliance and department leaders to align programs with organizational goals, while maintaining certifications and driving safety and integrity across operations.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience designing and delivering security training.
• Ability to coordinate across HR, Compliance and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs (classroom, online, self-study) for security and staff.
• Create monthly/quarterly training calendars with leadership.
• Conduct initial, refresher, and specialized training to meet licensing and contract requirements.
• Monitor training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
• Maintain training records and performance data.
• Coach field training officers and support their development.
