Job summary

Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Site Security Supervisor in Nampa, ID for a full-time role with a 7am–3pm schedule. You will supervise security officers, ensure post orders are followed, monitor CCTV, and manage access control as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year supervisory experience preferred.
• Advanced computer/technology skills needed.
• Must have strong communication, reporting and organization skills.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
• Ensure all officers follow post orders and Securitas protocols.
• Monitor CCTV systems and perform access control as needed.
• Communicate and conduct routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.
• Inspect posts as scheduled and outline tasks for subordinates.
• Respond to incidents and manage emergencies effectively.
• Train new officers and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submissions.
• Maintain detailed reports and daily activity logs.
