Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2 years prior Security experience required.
• 2 years prior management experience required.
• Willing to participate in pre-employment screen, including drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shift and/or segment of guarding operations at multiple sites, supervising officers and staff.
• Meet with line management and client representatives for status updates and issues.
• Ensure service expectations are met through regular client contact.
• Coordinate orientation, training, development, and retention of staff.
• Maintain payroll records and submit client and company reports accurately and timely.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, equipment, and record keeping to ensure smooth service delivery.
