Job summary

IES Communications, LLC is seeking a Project Lead - Security Systems in Wilsonville, Oregon. You will act as on-site coordinator and crew lead supervisor for installation of card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems, ensuring work meets safety and quality standards and is completed efficiently.

Responsibilities include supervising crew leads, coordinating with the SS Project Manager, completing all project paperwork, serving as the main customer contact, and troubleshooting technical issues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five (5) years of experience in security systems installation.
• Minimum twelve (12) months supervisory/managerial experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and MS Project).
• Must meet company minimum driving standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervise several Crew Leads – Security Systems and train staff as needed.
• Coordinate with SS Project Manager to ensure productivity, timely completion and budget compliance.
• Complete all project paperwork accurately and on time (timesheets, transfers, work orders, change orders, tool transfers).
• Serve as main on-site customer contact for questions and attend meetings as required.
• Demonstrate detailed technical knowledge of card access, CCTV, CATV and intrusion systems; troubleshoot issues.
• Perform other assigned responsibilities.
