Job summary

Hertz is seeking an Onsite Security Representative to work at the security booth at the exit of our lot. You will verify rental contracts, check vehicle numbers, direct traffic, and greet customers professionally.

A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, with 6 months to 1 year of customer service and security experience. Must have a valid driver’s license and be able to work outdoors in all weather, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

• Able to work varied hours, weekends, holidays and overtime.
• Effective and courteous communication with customers.
• Must be neatly groomed with a professional appearance.
• This role requires outdoor work and standing for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check customers and vehicles at exit to ensure numbers match with rental contract.
• Direct traffic and monitor vehicle numbers using handheld computer.
• Interact with customers in a polite, professional manner.
• Work outdoors in all weather elements.
