Job summary

Hertz is hiring a Security Representative in Nashville to help maintain safe, secure surroundings at the lot exit. You will greet customers, verify vehicle numbers against rental contracts, direct traffic, and operate a handheld scanner in a fast-paced, outdoor environment.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license and 6 months to 1 year of customer service experience. Night shifts around 11:15 PM to 8:00 AM CST may be required in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Able to work outdoors in all weather and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Check customers leaving the lot to verify numbers on vehicle and rental contract.
• Direct traffic and scan vehicle numbers into handheld computer.
• Interact with customers politely and professionally.
• Work security booth at exit, outdoors in all weather.
