Insight Global is seeking a Process Improvement Lead to identify and close gaps in security processes, with hands-on field engagement across sites. The role requires daily onsite attendance and will deliver standard work, process maps, and a scalable documentation library.

The temporary assignment lasts up to six months and reports to security operations leadership. The candidate will partner with frontline teams, document improvements, and ensure operational validation and ownership transfers,

Qualifications

• Experience improving operational processes in security or complex environments.
• Ability to map workflows, identify root causes, and translate findings to actions.
• Strong writing, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Able to work directly with frontline personnel onsite.
• Experience standardizing procedures across multiple locations.
• Experience with root-cause analysis and structured improvement methods.
• Ability to develop scalable standard work and process documents.

Responsabilités

• Assess current security workflows via field observation and data.
• Identify inefficiencies, ownership gaps, and control weaknesses.
• Prioritize improvements with leadership and set action dates.
• Ensure new processes are documented, trained, validated, and closed out.
• Create standard work documents, maps, and checklists for multiple sites.
• Establish consistent documentation structure and version control.
• Collaborate with implementation teams on rollout plans.
• Verify improvements in the field and adjust as needed.
• Provide weekly updates on progress and barriers.
• Deliver a prioritized improvement register with owners and milestones.
• Deliver a closure checklist and scalable standard work library.
• Provide evidence of improvements and ongoing ownership.
• Handoff documentation and actions before assignment ends.
