Job summary

Accenture Flex invites you to join as a Scrum Master in a local fixed-duration project, working onsite in the New Jersey metro area. You will enable Agile delivery and coach teams across multiple squads.

We seek an experienced Scrum Master with 5+ IT years, Agile and Jira expertise, and a proven delivery track record. The role requires onsite client work four days per week in Jersey City or Pennington, NJ, with competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

Min 5 Years of IT Work experience
Expert proficiency in Agile Scrum Project Management
Scrum Master or Agile delivery experience
Associates degree

Responsibilities

Enable the effective functioning of a software development team using Agile methodologies.
Coach and mentor the Scrum Team, remove obstacles and facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives).
Identify and report progress through metrics.
Collaborate across teams, manage decisions, and provide solutions within and across teams.
Drive continuous improvement by implementing Agile best practices to enhance productivity and delivery quality.
Support development and growth of team members and foster collaboration.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align goals and resolve dependencies or risks.
Analyze team performance metrics to provide actionable insights and promote transparency.
