Job summary

BlazerJobs is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 academic year in Washington. This full-time, on-site position is 37.5 hours per week across high school, middle school, or elementary levels, with no remote option.

You will diagnose and treat speech-language disorders, develop IEPs, and collaborate with teachers, families, and related services. A Washington license and SLP-CCC are required, with OSPI fingerprinting and school-based experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Washington State SLP License or eligibility before start date
• SLP-CCC required
• OSPI fingerprinting required or willingness to complete
• Previous school-based SLP experience preferred
• Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
• Ability to work onsite and engage with students and staff
• Commitment to evidence-based assessments and interventions

Responsibilities

• Provide speech and language therapy services to assigned school sites (high school, middle school, or elementary school)
• Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and track student progress
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers, families, and related service providers
• Maintain compliant documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students from diverse backgrounds and needs, fostering a positive learning environment
