Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing in Washington is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for a full-time, onsite role for the 2026-2027 school year, serving elementary through high school populations. This contract-based position emphasizes direct, hands-on care in a collaborative educational environment.

You will evaluate and treat students with diverse speech and language needs, collaborate with educators and families, maintain progress documentation, and support IEP implementation and team planning.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Washington SLP license or eligibility to obtain
• SLP-CCC credential strongly preferred
• Willingness to be fingerprinted through OSPI
• School-based SLP experience or a passion for working in educational settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and provide therapy for students with a range of speech, language, and communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to implement effective interventions and IEPs
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Attend meetings and contribute to the multidisciplinary support team
• Provide education and resources to families and faculty as needed
