Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist for the 2026-2027 school year near Yelm, WA. This full-time, in-person contract role serves elementary through high school students and emphasizes collaboration with educators and families.

Candidates must hold a WA SLP license (or be willing to obtain) with SLP-CCC preferred. OSPI fingerprinting is required prior to appointment, and virtual options are not available.

Qualifications

• Valid SLP license for the state of Washington or willingness to obtain before start.
• SL P-CCC credential preferred.
• Previous experience in school-based speech-language therapy (elem, middle, or high school).
• Must be able to work onsite—virtual options are not available.
• Fingerprinting through OSPI prior to appointment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of students.
• Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, track progress, and maintain documentation.
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to create strategies for learners.
• Participate in parent meetings, team conferences, and staff trainings.
• Adapt approaches to address needs across grade levels.
