Current CPR and BLS certifications.
Experience in school nursing or public health preferred.
Ability to manage a varied caseload and move between schools.

Responsibilities

Serve as an itinerant nurse, supporting five schools within the district.
Develop and implement health care plans for students as needed.
Coordinate care with educators, families, and medical providers.
Conduct health screenings and manage acute/chronic conditions; maintain health records.
Promote a safe, healthy environment and participate in health education across campuses.
Respond to emergencies and provide first aid and crisis intervention.
Ensure compliance with school policies and state/federal regulations.
