Job summary

Sunbelt Staffing seeks a Certified School Nurse for a full-time, onsite contract supporting middle and elementary schools. You will work with four locations, collaborating with RNs and nursing staff to ensure student wellbeing and compliant health records.

You will participate in IEP meetings, develop medical emergency plans, and contribute to a health-focused school environment, with competitive weekly pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Illinois CSN license required.
• Experience supporting IEPs and medical planning preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with RNs and teams.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onsite RNs at one middle and three elementary schools
• Provide supplemental support by flexing across multiple school locations as needed
• Participate in student IEP meetings, providing insights on medical needs and accommodations
• Assist with the development and implementation of student medical emergency plans
• Maintain accurate student health records and documentation with nursing staff
• Contribute to a safe, health-focused educational environment
