Qualifications

• Current Minnesota PELSB license in appropriate area required: Licensed School Nurse.
• Bachelor Degree in Nursing.
• Current Minnesota RN license.
• Public Health Nurse Certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive health assessments and screenings.
• Coordinate IHPs and 504 plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and families to support student access to learning.
• Assist with third-party billing processes.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure HIPAA/FERPA compliance.
