Responsibilities

• Assist in LAN installation and maintenance.
• Maintain proficiency in META supported technology.
• Provide onsite support to Pickerington Local School District.
• Solve problems and answer questions regarding district technology operations and procedures.
• Manage parts inventory and documentation with district representatives.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with META staff and other IT centers.
• Travel to customer locations and participate in off-site training.
• Prioritize tasks to meet service standards.

Education
