Sage Connections, LLC is hiring a full-time W-2 Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide K–12 school-based services for the 2026–2027 school year. The PTA will implement treatment plans, provide individual and group therapy, and collaborate with teachers, families, and therapists to support students’ goals.

Onsite in Colorado Springs, schedule Monday–Friday, 37.5 hours per week, ASAP through May 2027. Experience in school-based settings and familiarity with IEPs are preferred; Colorado PTA

Qualificações

• Associate's degree from an accredited PTA program.
• Current Colorado Physical Therapist Assistant license through DORA, or eligibility for licensure.
• Pediatric, school-based, or experience working with children/students with disabilities preferred.
• Familiarity with IEPs and special education services preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Implement physical therapy treatment plans developed by a licensed Physical Therapist to support students' mobility, strength, coordination, and functional independence.
• Provide individual and group therapy services to students with physical, developmental, and motor-related needs.
• Assist students with improving balance, posture, gross motor skills, mobility, and safe participation in school activities.
• Collaborate with Physical Therapists, teachers, families, and other school staff to support students' educational and functional goals.
• Document student progress, maintain accurate therapy records, and communicate changes or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist.
