Qualifications

• Valid Florida Physical Therapy license (FL PT License) required or in-state equivalent.
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, or educational settings preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
• Passion for empowering young learners to reach their full potential.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy services to students in accordance with IEP or 504 plans.
• Assess, plan, and implement individualized treatment programs.
• Track student progress and document sessions per school and compliance guidelines.
• Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to optimize student outcomes.
• Maintain professional standards and adhere to ethical practices within the school setting.
