Job summary

Artisan Design Group (ADG), a Lowe’s company, is seeking a Scheduler to manage templating, shop fabrication and installation schedules for granite projects. You’ll coordinate with templaters, fabricators and installation crews to optimize workflows and meet deadlines.

Prior experience in a scheduler role is preferred.
Experience in kitchen, bath, and flooring industries is not required.

Responsibilities

Create and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly schedules for templating, shop production and installations.
Schedule production jobs based on slab availability, lead times, job complexity and crew availability.
Schedule installation crews with proper sequencing.
Communicate schedules clearly to templaters, fabricators, installers, drivers, and other team members.
Monitor job progress daily and adjust schedules for delays.
Track and update job statuses in real time and maintain records of changes.
Act as central contact for scheduling-related questions from customers, sales, and field teams.
Collaborate with production leads to prioritize rush jobs while protecting overall schedule integrity.
