Responsibilities

• Create, maintain, and communicate production schedules for Kit Production and Paragon Whole Goods.
• Release and monitor production orders in SAP or the applicable ERP/MRP system.
• Monitor schedule attainment and identify risks to planned production completion.
• Coordinate schedule adjustments based on material availability and capacity.
• Review material shortages and work with Purchasing and Production to minimize disruptions.
• Monitor kit availability and support actions to maintain production flow.
• Track schedule attainment, on-time completion, backlog, and inventory levels.
• Support daily production meetings with status updates and cross-functional communication.
