The Scheduling Coordinator supports production planning and scheduling activities for Kit Production and Paragon Whole Goods. This role ensures production orders are released, monitored, and coordinated to support customer demand, inventory targets, and on-time delivery goals. The coordinator works closely with Production, Materials, Purchasing, Engineering, Customer Service, and Supply Chain to resolve scheduling conflicts, monitor shortages, and maintain production visibility.
This is a fully on‑site, hourly position in Sedalia, Missouri. Standard hours are Monday‑Friday, 7:00 AM‑3:30 PM, with some flexibility for office‑hour schedules such as 8:00 AM‑4:30 PM based on business needs. The position is overtime eligible, with overtime worked at the manager’s discretion, particularly during month‑end and quarter‑end periods. Weekend overtime is uncommon unless business needs require it. Remote or work‑from‑home arrangements are not available for this position.
