Job summary

Jobsonboard in Lafayette, Indiana seeks a strategic Sales Manager to lead our education products and growth strategy. This onsite role drives market expansion, product enablement, and high-impact sales leadership across K-12 and higher education segments.

You will steer a 10–20+ person sales team, partner with Marketing and Product teams, and own revenue forecasting with advanced Excel analytics. This is a full-time, on-site position in Indiana with no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of total professional experience, including 8–15+ years in B2B sales.
• Experience selling into K-12, higher education, or EdTech markets.
• Experience leading teams of 10–20+ sales professionals.
• Strong Excel analytics for pipeline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a 10–20+ sales team across multiple territories.
• Develop strategic plans to grow revenue in K-12 and higher education.
• Partner with Marketing and Product teams to enable effective product launches.
