Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. is seeking a Site Supervisor to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, supervise company and temporary staff, and ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.

You will train personnel, conduct safety inspections, manage equipment and supplies, prepare reports, and travel to various client sites as needed. Salary ranges from $55,000 to $60,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or GED; or equivalent combination.
• May require valid driver's license and forklift certification

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Monitor PPE usage to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee and customer issues to manager.
• Drive to various work locations; occasional travel may be required.
