Job summary

Pacific West Site Services, Inc. seeks a Site Supervisor to oversee daily activities at our Phoenix program, ensuring safe coordination of company and temporary staff and compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations.

You will train, supervise, and inspect operations, monitor equipment and inventory, prepare written reports, and communicate with management on safety improvements; some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training.
• May be required to have a valid driver's license and forklift certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Write reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor PPE use for safety compliance.
• Report employee and customer issues to manager.
• Provide corrective action recommendations and escalate as needed.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metrics).
• Some travel may be required.
