Job summary

Lithko Contracting in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Safety Manager to oversee all safety-related needs on projects. You will review and engage on-site personnel to ensure preparedness and execution of safety protocols and procedures.

You will work with clients and the Territory Safety Lead to meet and exceed safety program goals and complete required reporting. The role requires CHST/BCSP and OSHA 30, and involves walking jobsites and occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• CHST/BCSP certification required.
• OSHA 30 certification required.
• Capable of walking and traversing a jobsite at all hours.
• Willing to work odd hours and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and support to on-site safety activities and trainings.
• Reviews all work activities to promote safe practices and proper PPE usage.
• Completes safety-related documentation and reporting for shifts and phases.
• Conducts multiple safety observations per week.
