Job summary

IPC Industries LP is seeking an experienced EHS professional to develop and implement safe work practices across industrial sites in Texas City. You will lead safety meetings, train employees, and ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and client requirements, focusing on hazard analysis and incident reporting.

The role requires 5–7 years in a commercial/industrial plant environment, OSHA training, CPR/First Aid, and Train the Trainer certifications.

Qualifications

Must have OSHA safety training and be able to lead safety programs.
Strong verbal and written communication for safety briefings and audits.
Ability to lead a team and work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
Willingness to undergo background and drug testing as required.

Responsibilities

Assist in development and implementation of safe work practices to ensure OSHA compliance.
Oversee new hire safety orientation and provide necessary training.
Manage PPE distribution and training on proper usage and importance.
Conduct daily safety meetings and report audit findings.
Coordinate safety training and pre-job hazard analysis.
Perform site safety audits and communicate findings to supervision.
Inspect facilities for fire and safety compliance and hazards.
Investigate incidents and prepare reports for supervision.
Maintain client compliance platforms (e.g., ISN, Veriforce, Procore).
Execute additional duties as assigned by management.
